Boy were we lucky to find Es Grau and to find this lovely little vacation home. Darren and Aurelia, we can completely see why you love it here. The rooftop terrace is the best room in the house! 🙂 Perfect to watch the sunset and relax with a bottle of wine and/or a snack. The front terrace is also quite nice and we used that for our breakfast in the morning. Steps from the kayak rental place and Es Grau’s little supermarket where you can get the staples that you need (for bigger shopping, I would recommend going into Mahon). I liked that necessary things were labeled and/or noted (i.e. – light switches, caution about upper terrace, the shower in the garage, etc.). And thank you Darren and Aurelia for your responsiveness and clear communication when needed. We were only there for three days, but we would love to come back to your home when we visit Es Grau again, and definitely for longer. What a beautiful place to be. For dinner, I would suggest L, Avi Bernadet Fiol. Friendly service and good food. Before dinner, we had a bottle of wine and sat on the water’s edge at Restaurant Tamarindos to watch the sunset one night.
